Where We Ship
We currently ship FRILISH to the following Gulf countries:

- Saudi Arabia

Processing Time
Orders are processed within [1–2] business days of purchase, Sunday–Thursday (excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with tracking information where available.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipping, not order date, and may vary due to customs processing, local courier delays, or public holidays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For orders shipped within the Gulf, any applicable VAT is [included in the product price / calculated at checkout].
- Cross-border Gulf orders (e.g., shipped from outside the destination country) may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking

Delivery Issues
- Failed delivery attempts: If a courier is unable to deliver your order after [2–3] attempts, it may be returned to us. We'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund per our Refund Policy.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, including building/villa number and area, as many Gulf addresses rely on landmarks rather than standard postal codes. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
